The literature is overwhelmingly consistent in finding that exposure to high-quality education in the early years generally leads to improved cognitive and language development, as well as better numeracy abilities – all skills that are essential to succeed in today’s society. In addition to building fundamental skills, early child-hood education programs can help to identify learning or developmental delays at an early stage and provide children and parents with appropriate support.

$50 can provide one dress-up costume for the drama centre — helping to spark creativity and imagination.
$100 can provide cheese, yogurt, fresh fruit and vegetables and more for the healthy snack program – improving the nutrition of young children.
$150 can provide two to three new educational resources for the family resource centre — extending learning and development opportunities.
$500 can provide an educational and recreational field trip for up to 23 families to places outside the city like Chudleigh’s Apple Farm, strawberry picking at Whittamore’s Farm and African Lion Safari – expanding horizons and creating memories that last a lifetime.
